The Reproductive Medicine Group a member of The Prelude Network*, a leader in treatment for infertility services, is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Medical Receptionist to join our North Tampa office team for temporary, 12 weeks of coverage.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
Verify patient information and update medical records.
Process insurance verification and billing information.
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

2 years of medical office experience, preferred
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Professional and Courteous
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of deductibles and coinsurances
EMR experience
HS Diploma or GED Required

Job Type:

Temporary full-time, 12 week coverage needed
Rotating schedule (7:00 AM-3:45 PM & 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM)
Weekend Rotation Schedule (half-day)
