Coastal Fertility Specialists is growing and has an immediate opening for a Clinical Administrative Assistant. This position will support our Third Party team, which includes, donors and recipients. This is based in our of Nexton office in Summerville and perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in this world by helping couples with infertility start the family of their dreams. This is an incredibly rewarding career as over 95% of couples trying to conceive will conceive with our help. We're looking for a candidate with at least one year of administrative experience in healthcare whose duties will include:

Working with insurance companies to obtain insurance authorizations
Manage prescription requests and complete medication priorauthorizations
Scheduling patient appointments and entering lab orders
Communication with patients via telephone and email
All other administrative and clerical tasks.

Must be well organized, have excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position of approximately 36 - 40 hours per week in our Summerville, SC office. New hire training will take place in our Mt. Pleasant office. Salary will be competitive and reflective of experience.
