Summary This role boosts the HRC Fertility brand by positioning regional physicians as leaders in fertility and IVF care. It leads regional social media, digital marketing, content, and outreach to drive growth and engagement. Responsibilities include strengthening referral relationships, hosting patient events, and using data to optimize strategy—all in close collaboration with corporate marketing, PR, and business development teams.
Qualifications: Required BS/BA degree in related study from an accredited college/university
Required 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred background in fertility or medical-related fields Required proficiency in Canva, Photoshop (or similar), MS Office particularly in PPT and Excel
Preferred proficiency in social medial management tools and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)

Key Functions and Responsibilities
· Lead regional strategy for social media, digital content, physician outreach, and community/business relationship development.
· Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral sources (physicians, office staff, clinicians, etc.) through regular communication (in-person, phone, email, events) to support patient referral growth.
· Plan and coordinate patient-facing events to enhance brand awareness, including info sessions, community events, and conferences, while maintaining an outreach calendar for HRC physicians.
· Track and report weekly referral volume by source, evaluate outreach effectiveness, and support strategic marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with corporate and regional marketing, PR, business development, and internal teams (call center, digital design, office leadership) to develop materials and support project execution.
· Analyze marketing and outreach data (e.g., satisfaction surveys, feedback) and conduct market research to inform branding and business development opportunities.
· Manage advertising efforts across appropriate channels and oversee regional vendors and contractors, as needed.
· Ensure all marketing, media, and outreach activities align with organizational guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
