Job Description
We are a compassionate and dedicated healthcare team specializing in women’s health and reproductive endocrinology, and we're seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our growing clinic in Gainesville, FL.
As a licensed independent provider, the Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in managing health concerns and coordinating care for our patients, with a strong focus on reproductive health, fertility treatment, and patient-centered wellness. The Impact You Will Make

Conduct new patient consultations and health history assessments

Perform physical exams, screenings, and order diagnostic tests (e.g., bloodwork)

Interpret lab results and diagnose health concerns

Provide patient education, treatment plans, and follow-up care

Administer medications and operate relevant medical equipment

Collaborate with physicians and refer patients as needed

Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Assist in surgical care, ensure CLIA compliance, and promote safety protocols

Support patient flow and coordinate with the broader clinical team

Participate in department meetings and stay updated on best practices

Oversee Gainesville office and staff
Skills and Experience We Need
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing and Nurse Practitioner program

Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)license in Florida
-
BLS and ACLS certified (or able to obtain)

Experienced in women’s health, fertility, or reproductive endocrinology preferred

A team player with strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Passionate about patient-centered care and healthcare innovation
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Comfortable standing for extended periods, kneeling, and bending

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with computers, phones, and clinical equipment
