Summary
As a Registered Nurse at Pozitivf Fertility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients seeking fertility treatments. This position is essential in ensuring patient comfort and safety while contributing to our mission of fostering family growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding fertility treatments and procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' progress and respond to any changes in their condition.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in home care or community health settings preferred.
- Ability to administer injections competently and safely.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Experience with family planning and reproductive health is a plus.
- Familiarity with OR procedures is beneficial but not required.
- Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on empathy.
