We have an immediate opening for a qualified Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to fill a full-time position at our Celebration location. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. This is an exciting and challenging position with a practice that continues to grow.
Assignments include but not limited to:
- Performs phlebotomy using proper technique and universal precautions
- Ensures lab specimens are sent to proper labs
- Performs CLIA-waived testing
- Documents patient care services utilizing daily logs, patient records, and appropriate outside laboratory forms
- Facilitates patient flow in a timely manner
- Measures vital signs, including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; appropriately documents findings in EMR
- Assists MD with procedures and ultrasound and prepares patients for exams
- Provides support to the provider by anticipating provider needs

Applicants must have excellent communications and computer skills; capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment; Candidate who is bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a Plus. Knowledge of women’s health is a Plus.
