Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries for services and spare parts, send quotations, and follow up weekly.
- Prepare service contracts and process orders with the Logistics team.
- Manage emails, calls, and chats professionally and respond promptly.
- Track service schedules and send reminders for repeat orders.
- Reconnect with old/lost customers and offer checkups or seminars.
- Reach out to new clients and promote service offerings.
- Create and manage service orders; ensure timely service completion.
- Arrange deliveries of spare parts and handle packaging.
- Respond to customer feedback and technical issues.
- Schedule engineers for service visits and installations.
- Assist engineers with client visits to promote services.
- Enter calibration data and send certificates to customers.
- Report faulty parts, track replacements, and monitor warranties.
- Maintain calibration records and coordinate equipment shipments.
- Submit service reports and ensure ISO 17025 compliance.
- Perform monthly stock counts and update records daily.
- Prepare data for regular meetings and support the Hanoi office when needed.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- College or university graduate in Economics, Foreign Trade, Languages, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Sales Support.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and honest.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work under pressure and on weekends/holidays if required.
- Long-term commitment to the role.
- Working location: Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, Vietnam.
