Job Description:
- Receive and respond to customer feedback on product quality and technical issues.
- Schedule service engineers for installations, calibration, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate visits to promote certification and maintenance services to potential clients.
- Input calibration data and send electronic certificates after job completion.
- Report defective parts to the factory and track replacement shipments.
- Monitor and manage testing equipment calibration and shipping if needed.
- Track warranty orders and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Prepare Acceptance and Contract Liquidation Reports after service completion.
- Update and maintain service records and inventory systems daily.
- Provide backup support for Hanoi office when necessary.
- Package and deliver spare parts to customers.
- Conduct monthly stock inventory.
- Ensure forms and reports comply with ISO 17025 requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- College or university graduate in Economics, Foreign Trade, Languages, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Sales Support.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and honest.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work under pressure and on weekends/holidays if required.
- Long-term commitment to the role.
