We are seeking a professional, and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Prabhadevi Centre. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients and visitors promptly and courteously
• Manage appointment scheduling, registrations, and follow-ups
• Handle phone calls and patient inquiries effectively
• Maintain front office cleanliness and documentation accuracy
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth patient flow
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of front desk or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Presentable, polite, and patient-focused
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sun)
