Your impact
- Deliver a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and a multidisciplinary environment
- Find new opportunities and efficiencies for our clinic and patient operations through time management, prioritization and critical thinking
- Bring professional and strong verbal and written communications that educate and enable patients to feel supported and empowered on their journey
Your responsibilities
- Directly communicate with patients to review fees and answer billing related questions
- Assist patients in understanding their existing insurance coverage and benefits, including coverage under their employer-based insurance plans
- Process MSP Billing
- Prepare and submit MSP claims for all physicians
- Reconcile all claims and resubmit as necessary
- Generate monthly and annual RA reports and other reports as needed
- Process Non-MSP Billing
- Create quotes for patients according to their treatment plans
- Invoice patients for self-pay services and process payments
- Manage annual and recurring fees including cryo-storage billing
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed
- Communicate and coordinate with the accounting department
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Your experience
- Previous related experience in a medical or clinical office environment
- Successful completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Medical Administration or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the MSP schedule of benefits and diagnostic codes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of discretion
- Must enjoy learning and interacting with people of all backgrounds
- Experience, willingness and comfort with providing care to LGBT2SQ individuals and couples
- Effective verbal and written communication and time management skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer and EMR experience skills including Square, MDBilling (preferred)

- Full time
- Monday - Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM (hours may vary)
