Duties

- Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with coding for billing purposes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to assist in various medical procedures.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical clinic protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both patients and providers.
- Familiarity with coding processes for insurance billing is preferred.
- Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Understanding of anatomy is essential for assisting in examinations and treatments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
