We are seeking a skilled Embryologist to join our team. The Embryologist will be responsible for performing various laboratory procedures related to embryology and assisting in the development of embryos for fertility treatments.
Perform all aspects of embryology laboratory procedures, including egg harvesting, ICSI ,insemination, vitrification ,warming, embryo transfers,& trophectoderm embryo biopsy. Adhere to all laboratory protocols, quality control, and quality assurance measures. Monitor and evaluate embryology laboratory equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary. Quality Management, assisting with audit & quality control/quality assurance Monitoring/maintaining consumables and equipment. Assisting in training and induction of new and junior staff Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of reproductive medicine, and implement best practices to enhance laboratory procedures.
Contribute to ongoing research projects and participate in scientific presentations and publications.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience as an embryologist in an IVF laboratory.
- A Bachelor degree in reproductive biology, embryology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in all aspects of embryology laboratory procedures,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise laboratory results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and patients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Perform laboratory procedures such as oocyte retrieval, insemination, embryo culture, and embryo transfer.
- Monitor and analyze embryo development and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures and results.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in embryology.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to reproductive medicine.
- Ability to phlebotomize and handle biological samples with precision.
- Familiarity with fertility treatments and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
