What are the Objectives of this Role?
- Take charge of guaranteeing all medicine and medical trial activities in SEA country
- Supervise and direct all medicine and medical trial activities to operate well and smoothly
- Support company’s image of expertise and trustworthiness and help achieve superior brand equity through effective medical communication and medical projects management
What are the Responsibilities of this Role?
- Initiate, oversee, support and follow-up clinical or validation studies for SPOT-MAS, KTRACK, etc.
- Initiate, oversee, support and follow-up medical projects to support Sales & Marketing Initiatives
- Utilizes the tools, templates and processes that create and deliver the company’s objectives
- Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs), expert speakers and other medical advocates and partners in the industry, support building these groups for the company and continuously engage them
- Develop training and educational materials with the Marketing Team
- Check and approves Sales & Marketing Materials, local packaging materials, package inserts if applicable to ensure compliance to Mexico City Principles, Pharmaceutical
- Guidelines on Good Promotional Practices & company SOP
- Conducts continuous Medical and Product Training for the SF and the Company
- Responsible for the management of medical educational content of medical programs
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams
- Evaluate medical, regulatory & compliance risks of company policies
- Recruit needed support for Validation & Programs if needed example, Medical Science Liaisons
- Support engagement with FDA, Societies, Medical Organizations, Laboratories, Partners, etc. to achieve company objectives
- Serve as the Corporate Communications Officer for Tri-Media Communications & Programs and other Digital or Public Communications or Programs
- Joins and implements activities to support if necessary or plays key roles (eg. Moderator, etc.) in scientific activities
- Sits in Brand and Operational Reviews to support Marketing & Sales

Similar experiences typically include:
- Medical Doctor preferably in Oncology or Genetics & related field
- Preferably Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Laboratory experience
- Desired skills: knowledge in the Therapeutic Area, Regulatory Requirements, Processes, Evidence-based Medicine
- Experience in Clinical or Validation Studies
- Outstanding leadership, communication and critical thinking skills
- Creative thinking and able to have a good understanding of the market and its latest
- trends
- Excellent customer relationship building
- Excellent verbal, public speaking and written communication
