Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $260,000 – $400,000 annually
- Bonus: Percent of collections
- Sign-On / Relocation: $10,000 bonus available

Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time OB/GYN to join our Phoenix-based team. This role includes comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in an outpatient setting, with shared call and surgical responsibilities. You'll work closely with midwives, nurse practitioners, and an experienced clinical support team to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN services, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care
- Conduct regular exams such as ultrasounds, pap smears, and pelvic evaluations
- Diagnose and manage reproductive health concerns, hormonal conditions, and gynecologic cancers
- Perform both minor and major surgeries as needed
- Manage childbirth and respond to obstetric emergencies
- Offer contraceptive counseling and fertility guidance
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams
- Document care thoroughly in an electronic health record system
- Keep current with medical advances in OB/GYN to support best practices
- Promote patient education and preventive care strategies
Qualifications
- MD or DO with current or eligible Arizona medical license
- Completion of an accredited U.S.-based OB/GYN residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
