A specialized holistic medical practice serving women after 40 is looking for a friendly empathetic assistant.

What you do:
- Consistently demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Solve customer service concerns, while striving to provide a WOW experience for our patients in all encounters.
- Receive and follow through with phone calls, emails and other communication in a welcoming manner, going 'above and beyond' to make sure patients expectations are exceeded.
- Confirm, schedule, re-schedule appointments.
- Ensure patients complete required paperwork and lab testing before their appointments
- Conduct Discovery Calls with leads who have found our practice, have engaging conversations that move the lead from contemplation to action of scheduling a New Patient Appointment
- Develop relationships and strong patient rapport to maintain customer loyalty.
- Resonate a friendly, courteous and sympathetic attitude when interacting with patients.
- Assist with various sales and marketing activities, educate patients regarding our approach, services and programs

The expected compensation for this position is $25-29 per hour, plus bonus potential.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered.
