A specialized holistic medical practice serving women after 40 is looking for a friendly empathetic assistant.

We are looking for a team member with exceptional customer service skills who wants to be a part of the innovative practice as we grow and partner with more patients on their journey to optimal wellness.

What you do:

Consistently demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Solve customer service concerns, while striving to provide a WOW experience for our patients in all encounters.
Receive and follow through with phone calls, emails and other communication in a welcoming manner, going 'above and beyond' to make sure patients expectations are exceeded.
Confirm, schedule, re-schedule appointments.
Ensure patients complete required paperwork and lab testing before their appointments
Conduct Discovery Calls with leads who have found our practice, have engaging conversations that move the lead from contemplation to action of scheduling a New Patient Appointment
Develop relationships and strong patient rapport to maintain customer loyalty.
Resonate a friendly, courteous and sympathetic attitude when interacting with patients.
Assist with various sales and marketing activities, educate patients regarding our approach, services and programs

The expected compensation for this position is $25-29 per hour, plus bonus potential.

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered.
