Candidate must be proficient in the following front office duties:

Computers and Electronic Medical Records
Answering and routing calls
Scheduling appointments
Check-in and check out
Collecting balances and Co-pays
Verifying insurance and eligibility
Precertification of procedures and surgeries
Referrals
Scheduling, imaging studies
Leadership skills
Time management

The perfect candidate for this job will have a vibrant personality, be patient-friendly, learn quickly, work efficiently during busy times to ensure prompt and excellent service to our patients. Candidate must be a self-starter and exhibit a high level of personal responsibility, integrity, and respect for fellow staff and physicians. BILINGUAL is a PLUS
