🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- 📞 Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Engage with potential patients to provide information about IVF treatments and services.
- 📋 Lead Conversion: Follow up with inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into clinic visits & consultations.
- 🗓 Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book consultations for fertility specialists.
- 📢 Patient Counselling: Explain treatment procedures, costs, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- 📊 Maintain Records: Accurately update call logs, CRM, and patient details.
- 🤝 Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with patients, guiding them with empathy.
- 💡 Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for patient conversions.
🔹 Who Can Apply?
✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in Telesales/Telecalling, preferably in IVF, Healthcare, or Pharma industries.
✔️ Skills Required:
- Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of IVF & fertility treatments is an advantage.
- Ability to handle patient queries professionally and sensitively.
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
- Must have experience using CRM for managing leads and patient records.
- Comfortable using call management software.
