About the Role
We are seeking a creative and self-driven Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our online presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, women’s health, or lifestyle content and must be comfortable working independently and on-site for occasional content creation (video/photo) in our Midtown Manhattan location.
Responsibilities
Recurring Tasks
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- 30 organic posts/month: ideation, creation, filming/design, and publishing
- Prepare content calendar at least 15 days in advance
- Collaborate on ad strategy; ~2 paid ads/month
- Track and organize ad performance data
TikTok
- 30 posts/month: ideation, filming, editing, posting
LinkedIn
- Repost selected Instagram content
- Create and manage platform-specific ads
One-Off Projects (as needed)
- 1-hour kickoff call to review current performance and align on goals
- Website refresh: identify and implement improvements, enhance SEO (metadata, structure, readability)
- Newsletter setup: design and launch with custom graphics
- Market research and competitive analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WordPress (including ad campaigns)
- Strong content creation portfolio, ideally in healthcare, women’s health, or cosmetics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be available to visit our Midtown Manhattan location for occasional video/photo content creation
