Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Responsible for managing sales at the assigned territory level, demonstrating growth within existing clients and onboarding and growing volume with new clients.
● Accountable for lead generation within assigned territory.
● Sales efforts to include prospecting and cultivating key relationships by managing the development pipeline.
● Utilization of the Progenesis portal to track account health and activities.
● Serves as the primary liaison between Fertility Providers and Progenesis. This position focuses on building deep customer relationships at all levels of the fertility clinics in the assigned territory, establishing and maintaining high levels of service and relationship leadership to maintain and grow the business.
● Achieves short- and long-term sales objectives by identifying customer needs and providing solutions to create a consultative and professional relationship between the customer and Progenesis.
● Deep understanding of the clinics’ workflow and key personnel to ensure a smooth onboarding and the ability to proactively identify any resources needed or potential challenges.
● Develops internal champions within each fertility clinic in the assigned territory.
● Meets and exceeds territory sales targets and business objectives consistent with company guidelines by collaborating with physicians, nurses, administrators, and medical staff as a fertility industry expert through a hybrid of in-person and virtual selling opportunities in both existing and developing accounts.
● Creates and executes targeted strategic account plans to achieve goals and set objectives for continued growth.
● Maintains a high level of genetics, industry, and customer knowledge to accomplish territory objectives, including strengthening relationships and expanding and building new areas in which market share can grow.
● Deep understanding of the Progenesis value proposition.
● Demonstrates robust critical analysis and planning skills in reviewing data, understanding trends, and preparing plans by utilizing our portal statistics and center volume reports.
● Efficiently manage the territory T&E finances for the assigned region.
● Works collaboratively and cross-functionally with Progenesis team members across all departments; marketing, customer success, lab, and operations.
● Provides feedback to management on sales issues, customer and patient satisfaction/complaints, etc.
● Joins and attends key professional organizations to increase the visibility of the company and increase business opportunities.
● Provides Educational In-Services to accounts as needed.
● Participates in membership in professional societies and organizations.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
● At least 3 years of sales experience.
● Microsoft Office Suite capabilities.
● Ability to work independently.
● Strong people skills.
● Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
● Strong problem-solving skills.
● Knowledgeable about ethical practices.
● Ability to travel as needed within assigned territory and to attend industry events.
Physical Requirements
● Repetitive movement of hands, arms and leg, fingers (typing and/or writing).
● Clear speech, functional vision and hearing.
● Ability to communicate clearly in the English language in both written and verbal formats.
● Willing to travel 50%-60% of the time, to include overnight travel.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
