We are seeking a dedicated and passionate CPHW (Certified Public Health Worker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with patients in the medical practice. This position requires a strong commitment to improving health outcomes and a proactive approach to providing healthcare information.
Responsibilities
- Introduce the CPSP program to OB patients and become a resource for referral sources in community.
- Serve as a liaison between the practice patients and healthcare providers to enhance access to services.
Experience
- Previous experience in an OBGYN office is necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage patients.
- Familiarity with local health resources and services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish speaking desired.

Pay: $22.66 - $27.29 per hour
