Responsibilities:
• To support team and coordinate sales-related activities within the company.
• Play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field service force.
• Provide excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
• To help technicians improve their productivity and spend more time in the field, provide a variety of support services and contribution on achieving sales targets to customers.
• Manage or scheduling Technician / Engineers timetable.
• Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and responsible for handling all complaints from Customers, co-ordinate with other relevant departments to investigate customer complaints and take corrective action to solve the problems.
• Prepare daily report / job list for manager.
• Monitoring company inventory stocks in warehouse.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in economics/engineering, preferably specialized in service and sales.
•Degrees in other fields are welcome.
• Good in spoken and written English is a must, Good in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus.
•Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction preferred.
•Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook etc.
•Good attitude and shows responsibility.
•Understanding of production and service/sales techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
•Able to work under pressure.
