What are the Objectives of this Role?
- Develop and obtain sales targets as a commitment
- Support organizational strategy and sales growth in target product groups
- Identify new opportunities for growth and build strong relationships with customers while following up on Gene Solutions compliance guidelines
- Establish long-term professional relationships with targeted customer groups to promote Gene Solutions’ services.
- Prepare all necessary documents related to sales reports for the line manager
What are the Responsibilities of this Role?
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets within the target product groups
- Do market research, build business plans, and implement sales activities to meet sales target
- Support and coach team members to increase their capacities
- Propose for the line manager the business plans to improve sales performance
- Collect and report customer feedback information for the line manager
- Proactively explore and expand new/existing customer base
- Build and maintain close relationships with key customers by ensuring services of Gene Solutions are met as required
- Manage team performance, and individual business plans on weekly and monthly basis
- Report weekly/monthly reports to line manager accurately and timely
- Ensure operations comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and Law.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager
We would love to hear from You if You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy or other Medical Sciences.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in Sales Manager Role in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device company.
- Experience in obstetrics or NIPT products is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills
- Excellent both oral communications and writing skills in the local native language
- Good command of English
- Good business acumen, result-oriented in work
