About the Role / 關於這個職位
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Taipei. You will support the promotion of our reproductive genetic testing services to fertility clinics and hospitals. Key Responsibilities / 主要職責
- Assist with identifying and engaging potential clients (e.g., IVF clinics, OB/GYN clinics)，followed by contract negotiation with the customers
- 協助發掘並聯繫潛在客戶（如試管嬰兒診所、生殖醫學診所）並且主導進院流程
- Support sales presentations, client education, and product demonstrations
- 協助安排產品介紹、進行客戶教育訓練
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and provide basic product support
- 與現有客戶保持聯繫並提供基本產品支援
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing activities and logistics
- 與內部團隊協調行銷活動及物流安排
Requirements / 資格條件
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or related fields
- 生命科學、醫療、生物科技或相關科系大學畢業
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or medical-related roles
- 0–2年銷售、客服或醫療相關工作經驗
- Passion for women’s health and interest in genetics or biotechnology
- 對女性健康有熱情，對基因檢測或生技產業有興趣
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- 良好的人際關係與溝通能力
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese; basic English reading skills preferred
- 精通中文，具基本英文閱讀能力尤佳
