We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for Taiwan supporting the Business Controller in Taiwan and APAC Director FP&A. This role will play a key hands-on and critical role working closely with Commercial Team and cross functional collaboration in delivering the Financial. He / She will be responsible for performing financial analytics for the organization and forecasting our financial performance supporting business strategies. He / She will be responsible in the preparation of weekly Sales forecasts, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and LRSP. He / she will also be involved in the demand planning / o9 process to support in building up the business R&O. This role will involve in analyzing actual results, providing insights, develop dynamic scenarios from risk and opportunities and offering recommendations in supporting management decision-making for the business.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
- Responsible for Monthly actuals reporting, quarterly Forecast, annual Budget, and LRSP process with meaningful analysis and commentaries.
- Provide detail and insightful analysis on revenue and gross margin by channel by product, OpEx, and operating income to support management in managing risk and opportunities, business review and decision making.
- Partner and collaborate with Commercial Team in Revenue estimates to improve forecast accuracy.
- Partner and collaborate with varies functional heads to manage OpEx spending and improve forecast accuracy.
- Participate in S&OP meeting and collaborate with Commercial team in demand planning process.
- Provide financial advice and preparation of business case to business projects, including but not limited to ERP upgrade, pricing, process optimization, etc.
- Prepare quarterly sales and inventory return analysis based on company policy.
- Train, coach and provide advice to other Finance/Accounting members and cross function team members on financial and business tools such as EPM, BI, etc.
- Supporting and partnering with the APAC Director FP&A in generating analysis or reports or standardized reporting related to TW.
- Supporting and partnering with the APAC Director FP&A, TW in delivering FP&A best practices amongst TW.

Qualifications
- US GAAP experience essential.
- Budgeting & forecasting experience required.
- Significant experience creating, tracking, and controlling financial actual, forecasts and metrics.
- Experience developing financial models pertaining to P&L, predominantly in Excel.
- Strong ability to analyze Actual vs. Budget / Forecast variances and summarize underlying drivers of variances as well as relevance to operations.
- Strong business partnering skillset is required – Working with Taiwan stakeholders / leadership team, providing support and advice, driving insights and key takeaways, where necessary
- Knowledge of accounting is preferred.
- Ability to develop Excel / PowerPoint presentations, on an ad hoc basis, for management, in an environment demanding both accuracy and speed.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and working knowledge of Hyperion EssBase are required. Knowledge of Cognos and Tableau will be an added advantage.
Energetic, self-starter, showing good inquisitiveness and desire to understand the business more deeply.

Education
Bachelor Degree in Accounting /Finance
