Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory business to achieve business target.
- Build up excellent relationships with target customers by maximizing the added value from our promotional goods and services based on integrity selling.
- Develop and implement business plan with guidance from Sales Manager, aligned with brand strategies and tactics from marketing.
- Enhance productivity by collaborating with other team members and synergizing the resources.
- Enable to conduct product training and presentation to internal and external customers with certification.
- Presenting products to physicians and healthcare providers through face-to-face engagement or small group presentation.
- Discover the unmet needs and fulfill by our products from healthcare professionals.
Required Education, Experience And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in science-related disciplines such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry) or business management disciplines is preferred.
- With 5+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical device is preferred.
- Hospital listing experiences is required.
- Self-motivated, result-focus, continuous self-directed competencies developed and willing to take the challenge.
- Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Good communication skills
- Good skills in windows office software.
- With self-pay product promotion experience is a plus.
- Work with OBGYN healthcare professional experience is a plus.
