Job Responsibilities
- International Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement international marketing plans to promote the organization’s healthcare services.
- Conduct market research to identify target regions, patient demographics, and healthcare trends.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and content marketing, to engage global audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials, brochures, and multilingual content.
- Represent the organization at international healthcare conferences, trade shows, and expos.
- Medical Tourism Development:
- Build relationships with international medical tourism agencies, travel coordinators, and insurance companies.
- Establish partnerships with international hospitals, clinics, and embassies.
- Develop medical tourism packages, including treatment options, travel arrangements, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure alignment of services with international patient needs, including cultural and language considerations.
- Patient Experience & Coordination:
- Oversee end-to-end patient journey, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and adherence to international quality standards.
- Address language barriers by managing interpretation services and multilingual staff.
- Manage visa assistance, travel coordination, and accommodations for international patients.
- Business Development:
- Identify and explore new international markets and opportunities for business growth.
- Analyze ROI and performance metrics for international marketing initiatives.
- Develop pricing strategies and financial plans for international patient services.
- Provide insights into global market trends and competitor strategies.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
