About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our HR function with a strong focus on Industrial and Employee Relations (IR/ER), data analysis, and team leadership. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting managers, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on IR/ER matters, performance management, and policy interpretation.
Compile and interpret HR data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Subject Matter expect in Human Resources, Human Resources management system & Payroll
Support End to End recruitment processes, from job postings to contract preparation.
Oversee training coordination, including scheduling, materials, and internal facilitation.
Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback for reporting.
Lead HR initiatives and projects as required.

The successful candidate must have:

Previous experience as a HR Management role in a 5-star hotel.
Full working right in Australia
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Proven track record in delivering excellent HR service.
Excellent leadership skills.
Demonstrated high level of planning and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail & has a “Can-do” Attitude
Ability to work under pressure whilst prioritizing and managing time to meet tight deadlines.
Have emotional intelligence to handle stakeholders and complex HR sensitive matters.
Willing to work in Office environment Monday to Friday
Willing to follow Professional Grooming standard & Lead by example.
