Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for conducting medical camps, driving a social media team to generate new patient leads, identifying new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, building and maintaining Doctor relationships, and driving growth strategies through various go to market initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams located its branched in Tirupattur and Nellore to ensure the activities are aimed at increasing the patient footfall for the respective centres, through various patient engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of hospital and healthcare market, especially in fertility care would be added advantage.
- Excellent doctor relationship management, especially gynecologists, general physicians, endocrinologists, etc.,
- Proficiency in creating proposals and presentations
- Experience in strategic planning and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the healthcare or fertility industry is a major plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
