Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
- Assist the gynaecologist in performing surgical procedures with precision and care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs throughout the surgical procedure.
- Provide rapid response during medical emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and standards.
- Effectively communicate with the surgical team regarding patient status and requirements.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
- Provide emotional support and information to patients and their families.
- Participate in post-operative care and monitoring of patients in recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of surgical procedures and patient care.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new staff and interns.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from an accredited medical school.
- Specialization in Gynaecology with relevant training in CTVS.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in surgical settings.
- Current licensing to practice as a physician in Maharashtra.
- Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in handling surgical instruments and technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
