Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Ayurvedic Gynecologist to join Femacare on a part-time basis. The specialist will be responsible for consulting patients, assessing their reproductive health concerns, and developing personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct virtual/physical consultations with patients seeking Ayurvedic treatment for infertility, PCOS, menopause, and other gynecological concerns.
- Develop personalized treatment plans using Ayurvedic principles, herbal remedies, diet modifications, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Guide patients through Femacare's proprietary treatment programs, ensuring adherence to holistic wellness approaches.
- Educate patients on Ayurvedic and non-hormonal solutions for reproductive health concerns.
- Work closely with the R&D team to enhance and refine Femacare’s treatment protocols.
- Provide ongoing support, follow-ups, and modifications to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the medical and product teams to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) with specialization/experience in Gynecology & Obstetrics (Prasuti & Stri Roga).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic gynecological care.
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic treatments for PCOS, infertility, endometriosis, and menopause.
- Experience in telemedicine or online consultations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
