Overview
The role of a Gynaecologist Consultant is critical in providing specialized healthcare services tailored to women's reproductive health. Situated in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, this position not only necessitates excellent clinical skills but also a compassionate approach towards patients facing various health issues, including pregnancy, menstrual disorders, and other gynaecological concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive examinations and assessments of patients.
- Diagnose and treat various gynaecological conditions.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including ultrasounds and Pap smears.
- Consult with patients regarding their medical histories and concerns.
- Manage prenatal and postnatal care for expectant mothers.
- Provide family planning advice and services.
- Perform surgical procedures when necessary, such as hysterectomies or laparoscopies.
- Engage in patient education on reproductive health topics.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and treatment protocols in gynaecology.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to clinical governance.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Specialization in Gynaecology (MD or DGO).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a clinical setting.
- Registered with the Medical Council of India.
- Strong knowledge of current medical guidelines and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Proficient in the use of electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
