About The Moyna Fox Fertility Research Centre
The Moyna Fox Fertility Research Centre is created in partnership with the Stafford Fox Medical Research Foundation. The Centre is undertaking a range of clinical research projects in fertility.
About The Role
As a Research Manager you will be responsible for the facilitation, coordination and maintenance of nominated projects under the supervision of A/Professor Teh, Director, Fertility Research Group. This fixed term position will initially be until 2027 with the possibility of extension, subject to ongoing funding.
A Regular Day Will See You
- Provide leadership and direction to the research team and individuals with strong focus on ensuring effective management of research activities
- Provide coaching – engage with your staff in developing and committing to their plan that targets specific behaviours, skills or knowledge needed to ensure performance improvement
- Development and maintenance of work standards, procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with the RWH Quality and Safety team on various quality improvement activities. Make operational decisions by securing relevant data to identify key issues and trends that impact patient care and day to day operational outcomes
About You
The ideal candidate will hold a
- Master's degree (or higher) tertiary qualification in research/health science discipline or hold a current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Midwife Division
- They will have over five years of experience in clinical research, research administration, and protocol adherence, with a strong understanding of ICH-GCP, NHMRC ethical guidelines, privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
