In the past ten years, ART Fertility Clinics has established Clinics in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al ain become the leading institute for Human Reproductive Medicine in the Middle East. As part of the global expansion initiative mandated by Gulf Capital, ART Fertility has expanded its presence in India, commencing operations of 6 IVF clinics across India in 2021 with additional clinics in the pipeline. These clinics provide the most comprehensive range of services including IVF, Male infertility, and genetics.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head - Digital Marketing for ART Fertility Clinics in India. This includes developing relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and managing the sales team. This leadership position will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our clinics by overseeing corporate sales strategies and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in corporate sales preferably in hospitals/clinics, health insurance or obstetrics/gynaecology focussed pharmaceuticals, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy within the healthcare/IVF space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, patient engagement, lead generation, and ultimately, successful treatment outcomes. This role requires a data-driven and analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique challenges and opportunities presented by digital marketing in this field.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and the specific needs of the healthcare/IVF industry.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the healthcare/IVF landscape.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the healthcare/IVF industry and establish tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, tailored to the healthcare/IVF audience.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages, website content, and online advertising materials that are informative, engaging, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors specializing in healthcare marketing.
SEO/SEM Optimization:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic, focusing on relevant healthcare/IVF keywords and search terms.
- Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) across Google Ads and other platforms, targeting patients seeking healthcare/IVF services.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and track campaign performance with a focus on patient acquisition and conversion.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms, adhering to healthcare privacy guidelines and ethical considerations.
- Create engaging and informative content, manage social media communities, and run social media advertising campaigns targeting potential patients.
- Monitor social media trends in the healthcare/IVF space and adapt strategies accordingly.
Content Marketing:
- Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and addresses the specific needs and concerns of patients seeking healthcare/IVF treatment.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and patient testimonials, providing valuable information and building trust.
- Optimize content for search engines and promote it across relevant channels to reach and engage potential patients.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance across all digital channels, with a focus on patient acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations, tailored to the healthcare/IVF industry.
- Utilize data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI, ensuring marketing efforts are effectively driving patient acquisition and treatment success.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists with experience or interest in the healthcare/IVF field.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members, fostering their understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique marketing considerations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment that prioritizes patient-centric marketing approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success, preferably within the healthcare or IVF industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, tailored to the needs and preferences of healthcare consumers.
- Hands on Experience with Ad platforms Facebook Ads, Google Ads and any new social media AD platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret healthcare data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
