Position: Specialist Maternal and Fetal Medicine
we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive prenatal care for expectant mothers with high-risk pregnancies
- Diagnose and treat complex health conditions that may arise during pregnancy, such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and fetal abnormalities
- Perform advanced procedures, including fetal ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and chorionic villus sampling
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including obstetricians, gynecologists, and neonatologists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for both mother and baby
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families regarding pregnancy-related conditions and treatments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of maternal and fetal medicine
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines
- Assist in the training and supervision of residents and other medical staff
Requirements
- Medical degree and specialized training in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal and Fetal Medicine
- Current and valid medical license
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field
- Excellent diagnostic skills and sound clinical judgment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Dedication to providing high-quality and evidence-based care
