POMA Fertility, a Pacific Northwest leader in IVF and fertility care, has an exciting opportunity for an Embryologist. We are currently seeking a full-time mid-level Embryologist or Senior Embryologist to join us at our Kirkland location! Our team offers personalized care with compassion, helping to make dreams of parenthood a reality. This role is integral to our team and creating a positive experience for each of our patients. The successful candidate will be attentive, detail-oriented, organized, and have strong technical skills. This job requires working in a clean aseptic laboratory environment. Must demonstrate proficiency with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures with In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) processes. In addition, the right candidate will be fully trained on the following:
- Dish prep
- Oocyte retrieval/identification
- Embryo culture and assessment
- Micromanipulation techniques including ICSI and Assisted hatching
- Embryo biopsy for PGT analysis
- Selection and preparation of embryo for transfer
- Embryo and Oocyte cryopreservation, storage and thawing
- Semen analysis, as well as IUI and IVF preparations of specimen
Additional responsibilities may include documentation and regulatory reporting compliance, assisting with supply inventory management/ordering, cryo storage management, and other lab tasks, as assigned.
We seek a driven embryologist with a passion for creating life, who functions well independently as well as within a team. Work schedule requires weekend and holiday work on rotation. Ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years experience as an embryologist, with a Bachelor of Science degree or a master's degree in biology, or similar.
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS PACKAGE:
This Position is Exempt (Salary), starting base pay based on experience.
Our clinic is located in Kirkland, WA near Evergreen Hospital, with easy access via I-405.
