Job Purpose
- To maximise all sales and development opportunities for Ovaleap and the other Fertility Franchise products
- To achieve sales targets and company objectives as defined by the operating plan and territory plan
- To work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to ensure that the business objectives are achieved
- To deliver performance measures on a regular basis
- To build customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty to Theramex
- To ensure all promotional activity falls within the Australian code of practice
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage profitability of accounts on territory
- Develop business partnerships to grow sales within defined territory
- Implement strategy to drive sales of Ovaleap and other key products on territory
- Identify commercial opportunities to partner with private clinics
- Manage relationships with customers on territory
- Promote Theramex in line with values, Passion, Integrity, Collaboration and Agility
- Liaise with marketing and sales to drive product differentiation on territory
Minimum Requirements (Experience & Education)
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level preferred
Experience:
- Key Account Management experience
- Successful track record in selling IVF products
- Strong relationships built with leading IVF doctors, nurses, embryologists, procurement specialists and owners
- Demonstrable understanding of negotiating formulary inclusion & hospital contract purchasing
Knowledge:
- Australian and local territory IVF market - products, treatment protocols, competitor people and products
