We are seeking a suitably qualified Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to become a part of our multi-disciplinary team.
As an expert in Women’s Health, you will be responsible for the provision of expert and evidenced-based advice and care ensuring clinical practices related to women’s health, you will be responsible for the provision of expert and evidenced-based advice and care ensuring clinical practices related to women’s health are maintained and improved across all services of Western Health.
The role will provides leadership and management in clinical improvement, evidence based practice and specialist nursing advice across Western Health.
The Role Will Incorporate The Following Activities
- Building capability in others through education and role modelling
- Championing the women’s health specific care goals and considerations for this patient cohort
- Participation in research
- Supervision and mentorship/preceptorship
- Interaction/liaison with multidisciplinary team
- Providing expert clinical advice and guidance to the multidisciplinary team, and families/carer
