About The Role
Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and empowering customers to succeed? We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team and make a real impact.
As a CSM, you’ll own the customer journey from start to finish—guiding new customers through seamless onboarding and cultivating strong, long-term partnerships. Your mission? To help our customers achieve their goals, unlock the full potential of our solutions, and see real value in their investment with us.
In this role, you’ll work with customers in our Corporate segment, focusing on multi-property farm operations in Australia with advanced reporting needs. You’ll be at the heart of their success, driving activation, engagement, and retention by:
- Building trusted relationships and providing valuable insights.
- Encouraging adoption of AgriWebb’s tools and features.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
To be successful in the role you will need:
- 2+ years of Customer Success Management experience, ideally within a SaaS business, is required.
- Proven experience in both retaining and growing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive behaviour change or overcome barriers/ hurdles.
- Strong understanding of customer success KPI and metrics
- An understanding of agriculture or livestock production is a bonus, but not a must-have.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and customer success software.
- A passion for problem-solving and ”roll up your sleeves” demeanour.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to improve their lives
Compensation: $90K base + $30K bonus potential.
