Position Summary
The facility is seeking a
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
to join a patient-centered women’s health team in
Bronx, NY.
This
full-time role

The CNM will provide comprehensive women’s health services including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care while working closely with OB/GYNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care.

Essential Position Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive care to women during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.

Conduct routine gynecologic exams, family planning, and reproductive health counseling.

Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Diagnose and manage common obstetric and gynecologic conditions.

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging.

Educate and counsel patients on preventive health, nutrition, lactation, and newborn care.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program (MSN or DNP).

Experience:
Prior experience in women’s health, obstetrics, or gynecology preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
