We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This role begins on Jan 8, 2026, and features three 24-hour out of house call shifts (8a-8a) covering both inpatient vaginal and cesarean deliveries. The ideal candidate will be board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and comfortable handling a range of inpatient cases during the specified dates.

Responsibilities and Duties- Provide inpatient coverage for labor and delivery, including both vaginal and c-section deliveries
- Manage 24-hour out of house call responsibilities as scheduled
- Respond to obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive patient care
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure patient safety and quality
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system
Additional Information- Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
- Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO), Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR is preferred
