The Healthcare Partnerships Team
The Healthcare (HC) Partnerships team builds strategic collaborations with health systems, birthing centers, OBGYN practices, and Ultrasound organizations. Together, we integrate The Baby Academy’s education and engagement programs into partner ecosystems; strengthening continuity of care and improving patient engagement. We work at the intersection of public health, patient education, media entertainment and healthcare access, ensuring our partners realize measurable value through high-quality activation, communication, and adoption.
Role Overview
The Regional Partner Activation Lead (North) will lead regional implementation and activation efforts within the healthcare partnership portfolio for the Northern Region. This leader will serve as the primary liaison between partner organizations and internal teams, ensuring new programs are successfully launched, adopted, and optimized for impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator and influential communicator, capable of blending relationship management, program design, and operational excellence to drive partner satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead activation and implementation for healthcare partners within the assigned region, driving seamless onboarding and program integration.
- Build and manage strong, trust based relationships with partner executives, clinical teams, practice leaders and administrative stakeholders.
- Deliver partner performance reviews, reports, and presentations to demonstrate engagement metrics and ROI.
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, education, operations, and data teams to ensure consistent partner experience and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through new program offerings or regional initiatives.
- Serve as a regional champion for The Baby Academy brand, values, and evidence based educational mission.
- Mentor and develop regional activation team members to ensure scalability and consistency of execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in public health, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, account management, or strategic implementation roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-stakeholder activations or rollout projects within healthcare or health education contexts.
- Strong data driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and communicate insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with natural executive presence.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and mission oriented; comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
