iVF Riga Clinic located in Riga, Latvia combines three of the most modern medical and diagnostic institutions: the Infertility Treatment Clinic, the Genetics Centre, and the Stem Cell Centre.
We are seeking skilled and experienced Embryologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of assisted reproductive technologies and be proficient in a wide range of laboratory techniques, skilled in embryology techniques (IVF, ICSI, PGT), with a strong work ethic.
Job responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality procedures and methods in accordance with the clinic’s protocols and established standards;
- Perform procedures with embryos and gametes; assess the quality of obtained biological material;
- Handle documentation and register performed procedures;
- Prepare reports for attending physicians;
- Conduct semen analysis and IUI preparations;
- Adhere to strict quality control standards.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in a fertility clinic;
- Expertise in advanced micromanipulation techniques;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays;
- Experience with medical data and examination result registration systems will be considered an advantage.
