About the Role:
Assumes a twenty-four hour responsibility for managing the human and material resources of the clinic in the best effective way in order to provide a proactive, safe and quality patient centered care in an environment which encourages staff to grow
Key Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to staff in accordance with the goals of the organization
- Controls and directs the clinic to encourage quality patient care and staff satisfaction
- Coordinates and sets standards for the delivery of quality care
- Interacts effectively with patients, family and staff to maintain standards of professional care to patients and families.
- Promotes professional growth and development of nursing staff
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse, Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in dialysis
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role such as Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse
