They are independent, and 100% radiologist owned, and committed to delivering high-quality imaging and patient focused care by remaining at the forefront of new imaging techniques to benefit their doctors, referrers, and patients.
Across their practices, they provide a comprehensive range of imaging and procedural services including MRI, PET/CT, CT, SPECT/CT, 3D mammography, contract enhanced mammography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, BMD, dental imaging, and general x-ray. About This Opportunity
With continued growth in imaging services, they have a great new opportunity for a Director of Breast Imaging.
You will lead the breast imaging service, overseeing clinical standards, service development, and quality assurance. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of radiologists, sonographers, radiographers, and referring clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert interpretation of mammography, contract enhanced mammography, breast ultrasound and MRI.
- Perform image-guided breast procedures including biopsies and localisations.
- Lead clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support radiology staff and trainees.
- Drive innovation and service development in breast imaging.
- Collaborate with referrers and external specialists to enhance patient care pathways.

- Current Specialist registration with AHPRA
