Opportunity Highlights:
- General Ob/Gyn Practice
- 11 provider group – 3 physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and 7 Certified Nurse Midwives
- 15-20 Patients per day
- Monday thru Thursday (8am – 4:45pm) – Friday (8am – 12noon)
- Providers are at the main location (Eagle Harbor) and will rotate to Oakleaf at least one day per week
- Location Name: OBGYN in Fleming Island | Women's Care

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current and Unrestricted Certified Nurse Midwife License (CNM) in Florida OR the ability to obtain. (ACNM Certification)
- Women's Health experience is highly
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience as an RN, prior to advanced training.
- Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse-Midwifery Program
- Minimum of 40 deliveries during training
- Active BLS Certification
