Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales
Roles & Responsibilities✅ Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients (Gynecologists, Hospitals & Andrology labs)
✅ Conduct cold calling & build new lead pipelines
✅ Perform consistent follow-ups until conversion
✅ Understand individual customer requirements and respond with personalized solutions
✅ Provide virtual product demonstrations to doctors & hospital owners
✅ Maintain lead records and daily activities on HubSpot CRM
✅ Document sales updates in Excel, Word & CRM systems
✅ Represent the company professionally with proper telephone & communication etiquette
✅ Handle objections and rejections positively while keeping strong conversion focus
✅ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements✔ Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales / Tele-sales experience
✔ Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
✔ Confident in making calls and handling objections
✔ Consistent follow-up mindset — persistence is key
✔ Quick learner with adaptability to product training
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to grow
✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a team
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
✔ Proficiency in Excel, Word & email communication
