Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to enquiries.
- Call and follow up with IVF leads received from calls, walk-ins, or online platforms.
- Maintain and update patient enquiry, appointment, and registration records daily.
- Schedule and confirm IVF consultations and procedures with patients.
- Coordinate between patients, counsellor, and doctors for appointments.
- Track and report daily enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist in maintaining data of patients who visited, registered, or started IVF.
- Handle WhatsApp and basic online queries professionally.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure smooth communication.
