What You’ll Do

Clinical Support

Perform phlebotomy and prepare lab draws (experience preferred)
Take vitals, review medical histories, and assist with exams
Support providers with hormone therapy procedures and injections (training provided if needed)
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in our EMR
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a welcoming clinical environment
Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness programs, and follow-up care

Front Desk & Client Experience

Greet every client with warmth and professionalism — creating a calm, welcoming environment
Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communications
Assist with payments, paperwork, and coordination of care
Help maintain an organized, polished, and peaceful reception area
Support the team to keep our day running smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
Phlebotomy experience required or strongly preferred
Previous experience in a wellness, HRT, or medical spa environment is a plus
A natural communicator who radiates positivity and professionalism
Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player
Comfortable using technology and EMR systems
