Position Overview – Obstetrics / Labor & Delivery RN
As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to expectant mothers and their newborns. You’ll work alongside a skilled OB team in a supportive environment that values safety, teamwork, and excellence in patient care.

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct, individualized nursing care to patients in the OB/Labor & Delivery unit
Monitor vital signs, fetal heart tones, and labor progress
Assist physicians during labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Educate patients and their families on childbirth and postpartum recovery
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Respond to emergencies using critical thinking and clinical skills
Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
NRP certification required or willingness to obtain
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Excellent communication and patient education skills
